Again, I am sorry that you felt we did not go out of our way to help you and get you back on the road. i assure you that htere was no lack of experience here or lack o pushing aside other appointments to get you back on the road. Our technician is excellent and while maybe physcially moving slower he has been in the industry for over 25 years his knowledge and experience is significant.We thoroughly went through all of our work with your husband and you during the process and at the end as well as through a detailed email. The ECM was not programmable because your motorcycle would not start or run long enough it had nothing to do with our capability and we did not spend any more time than 1 hour on it as was explained on the work order and in the email. I am sorry that we were unable to fix the issue. Based on what our technician and tech service explained with the amount of aftermarket wiring in your motorcycle the issue is most likely in the wiring and with that it made more sense for you to finish your trip and take your bike to your home dealership. We spent 3 days trying to get you back on the road and only charged you what work was completed and parts done, not the diag time. Again, we take pride in the way we treat our customers whether we meet them once or see them daily. There isn't a person here who would not have been happy to get you back on the road riding your bike. As for Scott he gave you a time of 30 minutes because we had a driver at another dealership 4 hours away and they had the bike you were interested in. It is completely understandable you did not want to make a decision that quickly and he should have followed up with you, but he did not want to be pushy after you had decided you would wait. Apologies you did not have a good experience with us, but we did try very hard to get you back on the road so that you could continue your trip.
