I recently took in my new 2024 road glide for its 1k service. And a recall that had recently be brought to my attention. Sabrina usually takes care of me, but was away on some much needed RR. So Matt Carman was filling in for her. He took excellent care of my bike. And kept me advised on the entire service process. It was a great experience and I couldn't be happier!. TDW was the tech that serviced my bike. He did an awesome job completing 1k service in a timely manner. And hats off to the young man who washed my bike. It looked like the day I bought it!
